How long will it take to receive my order?
**Due to our big Everything Must Go Sale, shipping lead times are approximately 30 business days (M-F). If you included your email address at checkout, you will receive a Shipping Notification, with tracking information, as soon as your order ships!
As of 08/16/22 there are 206 Orders in the queue to be processed; We are currently processing orders from 7/11/2022. **
We strive to ship all in stock items within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday).
You will automatically receive an email with tracking information once your package is picked up and scanned by USPS. Please refer to the tracking information provided by USPS to find out when your order will be delivered. The postal service observes national holidays and can experience delays during busy holiday seasons. You can find more information at our Shipping & Returns page.
How do I find out about sales and special offers?
Please sign up to receive notifications for sales and special offers via email on our home page and text messages on our VIP Text Club page. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest too! All sales or promotional codes are for a specified or limited time and can not be applied to previous orders.
May I make changes to my order after I have checked out?
If you need to make changes to your order contact us immediately! Once a product begins the personalization process, we are unable to make changes to that product. Items may be added to any order which has not shipped. Please to review our Personalization FAQs.
Why is my coupon/discount code not working?
Some promotional codes are available for a limited period of time and some are only available for a one-time use. Any free shipping offer is for our regular, standard USPS delivery only. Only one promotional code may be applied to an order. Promotional codes can not be applied retroactively to previous orders.
What is your return or exchange policy?

All sale or clearance items, gift cards, and any item that is personalized are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refund for any reason.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
