What items can be personalized?

Items that are available to be personalized are identified with a blue ‘Personalize It’ button below the sizing selection buttons on the product page. Click on the button, choose your options and confirm your selections to create your custom style. Some products are unable to be previewed with monograms like filigree necklaces and wooden cutouts. Personalization is not offered on all products. If the blue "Personalize It" button does not appear on the item, it cannot be monogrammed.

In what order should the letters be in a 3 letter monogram?

Please list the letters in the order you wish them to appear on the item. For a traditional monogram, this would be first initial, last initial, middle initial. For same-size or mini monograms, the order is typically first initial, middle initial, last initial.

We will create your personalization based on the order of the letters you entered. The preview photo allows you to see the approximate location and size for each style selected. Please review and confirm the preview of your monogram selections and letter order prior to placing your order.

The personalization preview on our website is a digital rendering showing our best estimate for color, size, and character placement. Your item will be created by the team at our production facility using different machinery and computer programs than what you are viewing on your screen. The spacing between letters may vary depending on the material and the font style chosen, compared to what is shown in the online preview. The thread or design color in person may vary compared to your screen due to differences in your device's settings and resolution. Because the online example is not an exact rendering, refunds or exchanges are not offered as the result of differences in spacing, size, color, boldness, or placement of your letters on the finished product.

Our team of personalization experts may make slight adjustments without contacting you, if the personalization you entered will not print correctly in the space allowed on the piece. This typically applies to designs where multiple words are entered, that may fit better when placed on separate lines. Our goal is to provide you with the best looking product possible. We are not liable for changing your spacing, spelling, order of monogram letters, punctuation or capitalization. If you are not pleased with what you see on the personalization preview, we do not suggest checking out without first communicating with Customer Service. If you contact us after the order is placed and it is already in production, we may not be able to make any changes or cancel the order.
